Patients can now receive their health record electronically by following 4 easy steps:
- Step 1: log in to your Patient Portal.
- Step 2: click “Request Health Record” on the left side of the page.
- Step 3: in the drop-down menu select “Rocky Mountain Primary Care.”
- Step 4: click “Submit.”
Within minutes your health record will be delivered to your Patient Portal Inbox where you can view, download and print it right from your own computer!
Don’t forget; you can also request medication refills, request an appointment, ask a routine medical question, receive lab results and receive text message reminders all through the Patient Portal.
