Biography
Phyllis Jefferson, a Family Health Nurse Practitioner at our Arvada location, received her undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University and her Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Utah Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Phyllis joined Rocky Mountain Primary Care in 2003.
