Alison Ruble is a board-certified Physician Assistant who has been caring for patients since 2014. She earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and began her career at Partners in Health / Rocky Mountain Primary Care, where she has practiced for nearly 11 years.
Alison has advanced training in obesity medicine and is especially passionate about preventive care, including helping patients make healthier lifestyle choices and managing chronic conditions like diabetes. She enjoys counseling patients on weight loss, healthy eating habits, and emotional well-being—recognizing the deep connection between mental and physical health.
Alison’s journey into healthcare was inspired by her belief that everyone has the potential to improve their health with the right support and encouragement. She finds great fulfillment in guiding patients on their wellness journeys.
Before becoming a PA, Alison held several careers—including working as a personal chef—which continues to influence her love of food, creativity, and healthy living. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, inventing new recipes, swimming, hiking, photography, sewing, and collecting rocks. She’s currently learning Spanish and loves throwing dinner parties for friends and family—or simply unwinding with a good show with her dog on her lap.
